Community-Life

The Bible tells us how attractive the community life of the first Christians was. In a society, which is characterized by cold relationships, growing rejection of Christian values, and degradation of the value of the family, local Christian churches can offer the possibility of spiritual and physical shelter for those who want to turn away from their old life without God and who decide to live consciously as Christians, willing to receive a new orientation in all aspects of their life. There are many people nowadays, especially young ones, which have deficits. In a loving, accepting and healing fellowship, where they receive personal edification, they can experience efficient help and relationships in a family-like atmosphere. These are basic elements of our family-ministry. We put a strong emphasis on marriage and family. Healthy and stable families have the potential to be “health contagious” in today’s society. This is also true for community-living and the existence of the “Community Without Walls” is living evidence of this fact. Although the founders, Wayne and Irene Negrini, never had the intention to found a church as such (meeting on Sundays only), it resulted, however, as a consequence from discipling people and community-life. Many people experienced – often in a stress-situation – valuable help, total acceptance and edification in different areas of their life. Because the tangible and positive changes in their life did not go unnoticed, the results were that other friends and family members came to know the Lord Jesus Christ.
